What makes up the total cost?
Start with the viewing plan. Ask for the exact upfront amount, start date and expiry date. Then ask whether a separate player app is needed on your device, whether its activation is included, and whether extra simultaneous screens add a charge. A player licence and a viewing plan cover different things.
A monthly equivalent is the upfront price divided by the number of months in the plan. It helps you compare terms, but you still pay the stated upfront amount. The current LoopMint pricing page lists all five plan prices and monthly equivalents; check that page before paying because offers can change.
Which LoopMint plans include player activation?

These terms apply to a compatible player such as EBO where supported. Confirm the exact app and device with Sales & Setup. One-year or lifetime player activation can also be arranged separately; ask for the current fee before payment. “Lifetime” describes the app activation under its provider's licence terms. It does not extend a two- or three-year viewing plan beyond its expiry.
Compare like with like
For each offer, write down the upfront amount, duration, number of simultaneous connections, included player activation, renewal method, support route and refund terms. A longer plan may have a lower monthly equivalent but requires a longer upfront commitment. The one-month introductory price is for new LoopMint clients; check the rate for later months on the live plan page.
If you will watch on more than one screen, ask whether the plan permits those screens at the same time. A player installed on two devices is not proof that two simultaneous connections are included.

- What is the full amount due today, and when does the viewing plan expire?
- Does my exact device need a separate player activation? Which term is included with this plan?
- How many simultaneous connections does this price allow?
- Does renewal happen automatically, or only when I request it?
- Which content and support options apply in my country?
