LoopMint offers a free 24-hour viewing trial. You do not need card details to request it, and the trial does not start a paid plan automatically. Availability can vary by country, device, app and plan. Use the trial to check your own options; a promotional image or category name cannot confirm that a particular programme is included.
A simple 24-hour test schedule
- First hour: install the recommended player, sign in with the private details supplied to you, and confirm that the categories and programme guide load.
- When you normally watch: try a few viewing options on your usual device and internet connection. Note picture, sound, navigation and any interruptions.
- Before the trial ends: ask support about anything that failed, compare the plan terms and confirm the total cost before deciding.
1. Ask the important questions before the clock starts
Tell Sales & Setup your country, exact device model and the type of viewing you care about. Ask which player to install, whether it needs a separate activation, and which categories and features are available in your location. Get the trial start and end time in writing, so you know how long you have to test.
- Confirm that your device has a compatible player in its official app store or on the player's own website. If EBO is recommended, check your exact model first.
- Ask how many screens you can use at the same time during a paid plan.
- Ask which viewing options and terms apply in your country.
2. Test on your normal device and connection
Install the recommended player from its official store or website. Use the television, phone or computer you would actually watch on, in its usual location. A test on a fast phone beside the router may not reflect a television in another room. If you need help, the device setup guides show the main routes.
Try the service once during a quiet period and again at the time you normally watch. Check whether navigation is comfortable with your remote, whether the guide loads, and whether the stream starts reliably.
3. Check availability and viewing quality
Search for the categories and items you care about instead of relying on a headline catalogue figure. Check the options available in your country during your own trial. Picture quality can vary with the source, your device and your connection; a 4K television does not mean every item is supplied in 4K.
- Try more than one category and note anything missing or unavailable.
- Check audio, subtitles, programme information and parental controls if you need them.
- Try several viewing options on your own connection and note how they perform. Use the playback checklist to compare your setup.
4. Test support and read the plan terms
Ask one real setup question during the trial and see whether the answer resolves it. Before paying, confirm the total upfront price, plan length, number of simultaneous connections, start and expiry dates, renewal method and how to contact support. Keep the written answer with your payment confirmation.
Player-app activation and viewing access have separate terms. The plan comparison shows which plans include one-year or lifetime player activation for a compatible app. Our full-cost guide explains what else to compare. Confirm the exact app and device with Sales & Setup. A lifetime app activation does not extend the duration of your viewing plan.
If a particular channel, match, film or series matters to your decision, ask for its current availability and applicable viewing terms in your country. Do not assume a named service or event is included everywhere.
Ready to decide?
Choose a paid plan only when the content available to you, the device setup, the viewing experience and the total price all make sense. If any point is unclear, ask before paying.
